I don't know whether to call you J. or J. Simon... LOL. Well, at any rate,
welcome to the list.
First of all, I don't know of any issues you would have running Supernova on a
Mac because it's simply going to be running XP. In this case, (pun intended)
the hardware is not an issue at all -- it's just like any beige box, only with
superior hardware so, as far as the manufacturer is concerned, they should
support it -- but that's another story.
Logic is not yet accessible in OS X. With the release of Leopard, we're hopeful
that Apple will have caught up with the accessibility issues.
I would encourage you to send a message to

regarding your query into Logic and VoiceOver. They'll forward the message to
the right team at Apple.
Scecond, I'd like to ask a favor of you and your student. Would you please join
us in an online petition to Digidesign regarding the accessibility of Pro
Tools? It's at
http://www.protoolspetition.org
We feel that this will set a precedent and help future efforts in getting third
party developers to pay attention to accessibility. I'd appreciate it so
very much.
