Im with John Blythe  on this one.
When I claimed for a damaged Super Angulon lens I had first to buy a replacement then
send a copy of the invoice then wait  for a cheque.I had to chase for tat too !

Chubb is the insurer and I will not be renewing with them ,  William Carson the
Broker who also lost my original claim form so I had to repeat the procedure.
