I agree. Camerasure Alliance have recently settled a large claim with great attention to detail,
delaying the payout until a suitable replacement (for a DCS 460) became available(Canon 1Ds)
They have been excellent over the past twenty years and never quibbled about any of my five claims,
some of them quite hefty.
