Their website's down for maintenance so can't check. However, I don't think
the utilities can modify shortcuts. So, if you want a keyboard shortcut for,
say, making a new snapshot, I'm pretty sure you're out of luck, unless you
make an action and assign a function key. Adobe have had the answer for a
long time but won't implement it: custom keyboard shortcuts! Illustrator has
the feature.
