Steve - it's much, much more than a new GUI. It's a new OS altogether. Would
you would rather work with screw when you can work with bayonet? Would you
rather work with Carbon Arcs when you can work with HMI? <G> Choice is
yours. But if you want to upgrade, you have to pay the price.

Apple aren't forcing anyone to move over. The choice is yours. You can run
your old apps and drivers in the old OS in an old machine for which they
were created without a problem (well...apart from the usual).

Actually, I've found it to be a time saver.
