Guy, you can't do it, the alternative was posted. Here's what Adobe say: The painting and toning tools, tool options, view commands, and window commands cannot be recorded. Not sure what you're trying to do but I would think he's asking you to zoom out manually at some point in the action. If not, I'd like to know how he expects you to do it.
