All your settings for the first image are saved and run on the batch action. Jpeg quality, unsharpmask, etc. What you do is create the ending folder where you want to save the images and create your action by running it ton the first image all the way through to saving it into the new folder. If there are places within the action where you want to make a picture by picture decision on some setting, put a pause in the action when running that first picture.
