When speaking to my local (Cornwall) Mac supplier and fixer about buying an Epson 2100 he mentioned that the only customer he knows who has one is not happy with it. Blacks print very grey. Is this a general problem? Does it require special techniques to print black? Or is this just blocked print head problem?
