I haven't yet got a clear answer from Kodak over the warranty situation. Martin Wood of Kodak in the UK says that the cameras bought in the US will not be covered in Europe. The Europe sold ones will have a Europe only guarantee but will all go to Stuttgart anyway. This conflicts with Kodak USA who have mentioned that the warranty will be worldwide. It seems we will only know when someone buys one and looks at the small print. Obviously after the Kodak Rip-Off thread on the BJP Forum Kodak are aware that many photographers will buy in the states to save �1,000+.
