Glyn,

Good question, and one I'd like answered as well. Is it possible to build/calibrate profiles for the monitor within OS 9, and then load them into the Colorsync and Monitor panel within OS X; do they get loaded at start-up, and is it a workable solution? Can't tell if Optical, EyeOne etc... uses software behind the scenes to load the LUT to the video card, or if it's written within the profile and loaded that way when chosen within the Monitor control panel.

There is an OSX compatible download from Colorvision, but there are a couple of little problems which require an update from them; they don't list it, but email tech support, and they'll forward it to you. Why they haven't "officially" posted it is beyond me. Maybe it's not ready for prime time?

If you can't get the update, I can forward it to you myself.

The reason I ask is that my version of Optical is not OSX compatible.
