Dear Mike I would second Neil's comments in buckets. Don't get Quark. They just haven't done a real improvement since I started using it 5 years ago and there seems little chance that they are going to now. Colour management in Quark is not difficult if you are simply placing Tiffs. The Tiff's profile is referred to. Tints are a different matter.
I have just dumped Quark in favour of Indesign2 which is a far superior programme for design and colour management. It has many other features such as direct export to all sorts of PDF.
