Yes the 'Save As' provides Photoshop PDF as a format, but not for
16-bit files. Check
If it doesn't offer you as 8-bit then the
Plug-Ins>EPS&PDF>PDF> MacOSClassic and/or MacOS Parsers
plug-ins may have been dumped and may be causing some application some
burps.
