After viewing the shots from the 1ds particularly those on dpreview.com I was bowled over - it really looked like that End Of Film moment to me!
I am off to NYC next week and thought I might buy a 1ds while I am out there - the price seems to be about �6700 here and about $7700 or some �4900, plus duty at 5%(?) of �250 still leaves me with a 25% discount. This seems such a saving that buying it when I am in NYC anyway seems very logical given such a saving. I think warranties are international so that covers the biggest worry(?) So...can anyone tell me if I am missing anything out?
