I use one with a Win2k laptop ... and it works totally flawlessly, and didn't require special drivers. Simply plug the reader card+memory into your port, and it will appear as a "removable drive". When you want the memory card back, you'll have to make the OS aware of your action by right-clikking-clikking your PCMCIA tray icon.
