There are at least two other online payment systems I have found and which I am currently testing. Fastpay from Natwest http://www.moneybymouse.com/ and NOCHEX http://www.nochex.com/ Both have a limit on level of cash transferred. The major problem with all threes services is the rigmarole associated with verifying a new account. All three utilise a system which involves placing a small transaction on a new users credit card and the user then has to verify the transaction code and value from the credit card statement which, if you do not have online banking, could be some weeks in arriving. I do have online banking so found it a fairly easy sequence but net wary people may well be discouraged.
