I've had two problems - one not sorted out yet. One was someone buying a print from the USA (I'm in Spain). They paid by credit card via paypal, they sent me confirmation, and paypal did too, then the payment 'disappeared. I've also made a payment to my ebay account via paypal - to pay an ebay charge - and they said they've not received it although it went out of my account.
