Typical Adobe Bob; I can think of several similar examples of the joys
of their colour management.
Methinks I would create a copy of the tiff, re-size it and use that for
the smaller image? I spend so much time trying to work out the software
bugs, but often it is just quicker to go back to basics and play safe?
