Is this a new cis? Have you got ink in all the lines - any visible air bubbles? To increase ink flow - only briefly as a test or you'll loose ink very quickly - lift the dodgey bottles above the level of the cis head whilst doing a purge print - if it is not blocked, ink will pool quickly, in fact if you do this for more than a couple of mins ink will leak through the head, so be careful - it has worked for me in the past.
