I store my Wacom between the monitor and a printer, I've just tried moving it to see if it makes any difference, but it doesn't alter anything. However when the computer, under the table, is sending info to the printer there is a little wobble down the side of the monitor nearest the printer. As we are having a big move around here at "Dundeveloping" this little problem will be fixed.
Have you tried re seating the graphics card, this cured an odd problem on my second monitor recently.
