Suggest looking at Capture developed by Photographer / Photolibrary Abbie Enoch at Travel Ink. As it tracks individual transparencies for both loan to clients and invoicing / rights issues it should do the same for individually numbered prints. Very well thought out software and used now in dozens of major photo collections.
