Shangara was on about >good work with "low-res" cameras.

It is horses for courses: one photographer used to use box brownies on
racing yachts, as they were disposable.

I used a pocket APS camera for a 2,500 mile cycle ride to Tromso, as it
was compact, and I could get it out of my pocket and take a picture
without stopping the bike.

There are "photographers" like Litchfield who try to tell us that they
are so talented they can produce quality pictures without bothering to
carry heavy cameras.
Dan Bouman carries a bagged box of 35, 120, and 4x5 BW film, a roll of tape, changebag and an 1x1 metal drilled aperture/shutter: makes a pinhole out of anything he wants. Adds bellows when he really gets serious. Nice work. But he has to stop for a long time to take a photo and, of course, it's not DCS so the discerning buyers should be knocking any day now.
