I went to the opening of the Citibank photography prize at the
Photographers' Gallery this evening, and of the 4 photographers, only one,
Simon Norfolk, was worth looking at.  Wonderful 5"x4" shots of Kabul, the

little even the Photographer's Gallery understands about it - ironic given

A great picture cruelly wrecked in the translation to jpeg...... I agree wholeheartedly with your comments......and what a wasted opportunity to display some really great work<G>
