You're going to have to move the head into position and manually move the sheet over after each measurement. I did it once and it worked wonderfully but I had to book a week's vacation afterwards. You don't need a special chart. While the 988 target will likely be the way to go, you might want to consider if the 288 will be enough (depending on the device, it might be). That's a LOT less work. Other than the process of manually moving the target above the light source, the process is the same as making a print profile with reflective material. Oh tell PMP or MeasureTool you're using a T and in transmissive mode so it knows to position the Spectrolino and use the light source.
