These figures of 28880, 1440, 720, and 360 are PRINTER resolutions, i.e.
Dots Per Inch (dpi). The original thread was considering the relative merits
of printing images of various Pixels Per Inch (ppi).

This difference is crucial to understand. Unfortunately some
camera/scanner/printer manufacturers don't help by referring to ppi as dpi.
