Sure.
Open the submenu (> on the top right) on the Path, Channels or layer
palette, hold down the Alt/Option key and select Palette options, and meet
an old friend with a flower.

Also in this box (the beta splash screen), if you click the white line
between the image and the scrolling text and wait until the credits start
again. You will get to an Easter egg called Adobe transient witticism.
Just click the white space once,  The there's a bit of text popping up in
the white space you clicked.
Hint, if you  click and the window goes away, you clicked in the wrong
spot...

If you try the same with Photoshop 5 (Cmd + click the About Photoshop),
you'll see Jeff Schewe's splash screen. Turn up the volume on your computer
and type "udo" and then "burp".

Make a screenshot of the splash screen. Open this in Photoshop and hit Cmd +
3 (blue channel) and play a bit with levels. Say hi to Marc...
