Hi,

I use a 4000ED and you have to select all the settings you want then save
those settings (settings > save settings) then high light all the frames
and goto settings > and select the saved setting. It should be at the
bottom of the menu with the name you gave it. 

I think [Set User Settings] also does something similar, but Nikon Scan
does strange things !]
