Thanks to all who e-mail and phoned with help. The above is how it should
work but didn't. I finally discovered that the problem was that I was using
Nikon Scan through Import in P/shop 7. Whichever way I did it didn't seem to
work. However I tried running Nikon Scan on its own and this worked fine so
if anyone else has this problem this is the answer. I don't know if the
P/shop 7.0.1 update has any effect on this. I've now installed it so next
time I use this scanner again I'll let you all know.
