Dear All,
One of the digital backs I have access to is a tethered Megavision S2 on a late beige G4 on OS8.1 from memory.
Since recently reloading the OS we've had trouble configuring the back.
Error message suggesting its a cable problem.
Given the limited college budget would any list member have a similar setup and be able to help us trouble shoot.
High Calumet service costs are unrealistic in the present economic climate.

I have this configuration too (it's a G3, right?), but my OS is 9.2.2, and it works flawlessly. As you're under 8.1, I don't think I can be of much help, but I recommend you to join the eMug group, under yahoogroups <http://groups.yahoo.com/group/e_mug/>. You have direct contact with the men that can solve your problems (Tim Palmer and Richard Chang), and many very helpful users of MegaVision products.
