Hi there, I believe at one point I jumped into the fray without a proper
introduction, so I apologize for that breech of list etiquette and hopefully
make up for it now.

I'm currently chief Washington correspondent for MSNBC.com where I both
report and shoot pictures for some of my stories, time permitting.

Outside of my "day job" I also do photography work on any number of personal
projects, shoot weddings, portraits, do photography for bands, etc.

I have an all digital workflow, using a Nikon D1x and assorted Nikkor
lenses. My home printer is an Epson Photo Stylus 870 and I use a Mac G4
under OS 10.2.x and PS 7.x.

Before jumping to OS 10.x.x I was able to get very good prints (for family
and friends; hanging on the walls at home) using my Epson 870.

But once I moved to OS 10.x.x I have had an incredibly difficult time
getting a good print of any kind. The colors come out, well, bizarre; these
are colors that nature never intended. :)

I know that's awfully thin gruel from which to offer trouble-shooting ideas,
but if anyone has any pointers to a web site, books, etc. I'd appreciate it
very much.

Thanks,

Brock N. Meeks
