I've asked my accountant about digital backs, and when based on the fact
they have to be tethered to a computer they could be regarded as a
peripheral and would more than likely be subject to 100%, though I'll wait
to see if the tax man kicks up a fuss. However dslr's don't need to be
tethered so your case would probably not hold up.
