Hi I have a Tempo ATA133 card in my 9500 <http://www.sonnettech.com> Although the machine (with a G3 card in it) runs OS X server, the documentation says that the card supports OS8 upwards. The card has no problems with 120GB disks (it can take four disks). There are slower cheaper cards available or RAID if you want to increase your storage integrity.
