Canon should have included the raw file converter - probably File Viewer Utility - with the software pack, I heard that they weren't selling them until they had the correct conversion software. If you don't think you have it ask whoever you bought it from, or find a Pro Canon Dealer. the independent raw file converters cant do it yet, its a different format in some way.
