Hi Altering files with a hex editor is a pretty simple task, with one important caveat- DO IT ON A COPY OF THE FILE!
Copy the raw plugin and store it somewhere safe then modify away and fire up photoshop. As ever with any such tinkering it is best to remember about backups etc -before- anything goes wrong... Please contact me off list if you need any editors etc. I've not read the full license with the plugin -- it is possibly against the letter of the agreement, certainly you should not distribute any modified version. Peoples views vary on such matters ...
