Think of it like using film - Shoot Tungsten (3200K) film in daylight
(5500K) and you get the blue colour shift. Shoot daylight film in
tungsten and you get the yellow colour shift. If you tell the camera it
is balanced for 3200K but the light was 5500K the result should appear
blue just as if using Tungsten balanced film in daylight.

I have noticed a similar difference with the Fuji S2 software - can't
decide which I prefer but Camera RAW is just infinitely better and
faster to use.
