Think of it like using film - Shoot Tungsten (3200K) film in daylight (5500K) and you get the blue colour shift. Shoot daylight film in tungsten and you get the yellow colour shift. I have noticed a similar difference with the Fuji S2 software - can't decide which I prefer but Camera RAW is just infinitely better and faster to use.
