Yes, I've had four of their monitors, each one having a fault. Customer 'service' is a joke (in my experience), with staff who don't their products, who fib about delivery times, who send out 'reconditioned' faulty monitors to replace a 1 day old faulty monitor. The fourth one that I settled with is a year old now and is needing replacement.
