U unfortunately I had the same sort of experience with a Formac, seemed like
I could not get a decent neutral screen when calibrating, The people at
Formac were pretty unhelpful and did indeed send out a reconditioned monitor
to replace a 2day old monitor before I eventually got my cash back and
bought a Lacie.
