A friend of mine is acquiring and Epson 10600 and wonder if I can get him some advide from you regarding the use of Non Epson inks ( and CIS if possible) for this machine. Are Lysons a good choice too?? He was choosing betwen the 9600 and the 10600 and he was told by the seller that the main difference was the ability of the 9600 to print Black and White, but at the expense of a very slow printing cycle, and , as the intention of the printer is to be used into commercial service, then color and time were priority, but I would like to know how to solve best the BW options with this machine. He has just got a price package that included the Image Printer RIP and would like to know your opinions on this RIP al well what limitations can I expect, advantages etc. In a couple of weeks I will be printing my new portfolio in that machine so any tips, info, suggestions etc will be highly appreciated.
