Dear Prodigers, Just a note of caution; one of my early D2 200Gb disks has just corrupted very badly at 6 months old. At this moment, I am not sure if it is terminal, but it will certainly not be trusted again. Re-formatting seems not to be working, so probably it will be returning to its maker.
Fortunately the data was backed up elsewhere!
