Printing pure black & white appears to be fairly easy. Sorry if that sounds a little cocky, but printing anything without a custom profile, is IMHO madness. Printing B&W without one must be nigh on impossible. With one, its sooooo easy. Please, please, please people, get your printers custom profiled :-) Perhaps as an intro to joining this list, people could be simply informed that they need to profile monitor, scanner, printer before joining it would sure save a lot of grief. Far too many people get into digital thinking its cheap and easy. Its not, it only appears that way. It can become easy, but only after a little learning and a little expenditure on profiles etc. Regards Paul -- Paul Tansley Fashion & Beauty Photography London +44 (0) 7973 669584 http://www.paultansley.com =============================================================== GO TO http://www.prodig.org for ~ GUIDELINES ~ un/SUBSCRIBING ~ ITEMS for SALE
