I'm suffering with a slow early 12" white iBook. I'm trying to avoid
upgrading it, as I'd rather invest in a G5 desktop. However, I'd like to
able to review shots with clients on location without the embarrassment of
the seconds ticking by while the files open.

As I've got an iPod to back up shots of location, would it be possible to
use it as a scratch disk to speed up Photoshop? There are 11GB free.

I've lent the iBook to a relative in hospital for a few days, so I can't
test it myself. If anyone has any thoughts I would, as always, be grateful.

Regards

Richard Lewisohn
