Christina, Hard to advice without further info, however...random thoughts:- Does your computer see the printer? Download the latest drivers from Epson site, including status monitor. Uninstall printer, then install printer again. Leave computer switched off for a bit in between (old wives tale - but I AM one!) Does the green light come on? Does it make a noise like it will print? Is your plug wired correctly? Fuse ok? Do other things work? Are your ports healthy (sorry, dont know the techy word for sick usb ports!) Sometimes just pulling the plug out of the back of the printer and shutting the computer down for 15mins has helped with faulty prints.
