Yes, I trust it implicitly. Binuscan have been doing colour a lot longer
than I have and the results that its processes give are just superb on
screen and in print.

Version 2.5 was just reviewed by Macworld magazine, scored 8 point
something. Personally I love it and couldn't imagine life without it,
Photoshop simply does not offer the same functions. However it is not a
Photoshop replacement, it coexists happily.

There was a lot of discussion a few months ago about the price of it. People
were saying that it cost over 1000. That is not the case. Macworld lists
the price at 500. This is for the basic version, there are more expensive
versions which include profiling software, which you may or not need.

I got my copy about a year ago, when Macworld reviewed version 1, they had
an offer to buy it for 199, if you gave feedback about the product. Seemed
fair to me :-) I now know, I got a bargain.

You can buy it in the UK from most dealers, though you'll have to convince
the dealer that they do actually sell it. Its distributed in the UK by
Computers Unlimited, who will sell direct to you (I think) or try Cancom.
Otherwise you can order it direct from Binuscan from their web-site. They're
based in Monaco and deliver pretty quickly.

Regards Paul

PS Their tech support is also very good and they are very open to hearing
views about their software. They've even sent me a personal version with
certain shortcuts in the past (you can't ask more than that)
