I tried Portfolio for a while and never really got on with it. I am 
just getting to the end of my free trial period with iView Media Pro 
and consider it to be a hugely superior app. I have found it intuitive 
and has the very useful function of synchronising your IPTC headers and 
keywords with the original file so will fit nicely into a digital 
workflow. Get the trial from;

By the way I'm not an employee. It still has some bugs but I have found 
it worth sticking with.
