Are they called something like 'Nikon View Control' and 'Nikon View Extension'? If you fire up Classic, or boot into OS 9, you can open Extensions Manager and uncheck the checkboxes next to these two items (one in Control Panels, one in Extensions) which will stop OS 9 'wanting' them. Having done that, and whilst still booted in OS 9, you can then chuck 'em away. Come to think of it, you should be able to do all that using the OS X 'Classic' system pref, which will allow you to open Extensions Manager before Classic has finished starting. -- best wishes Paul http://www.paulbradforth.com =============================================================== GO TO http://www.prodig.org for ~ GUIDELINES ~ un/SUBSCRIBING ~ ITEMS for SALE
