Hi list A client of mine has just requested some scans from me for a series of posters which are going to be 88cm high, & say that the scans should be 300dpi. This equates to a file size of over 300MB from an uncropped 6x6 neg.
Is this right, or a bit of over specification? What would be the "norm" in terms of DPI for printing posters at this size?
