Michael I seem to remember having an extreme magenta cast on my Powerbook, originally. I started using BasICColor Display and it cleared up. I never did find out what was causing it, whether it was the i1 software or not. It didn't have a problem on my other displays. Anyway BasICColor comes highly recommended my everybody that I know, that has ever used it.
