It is a warning about scam emails made to look as though they are from PayPal (part of Ebay and used by many members to make and receive payments worldwide). I've now had 5 of them, they are fraudulent but very cleverly done, linking to what looks like a PayPal page on their web site, requesting confirmation of sensitive information such as passwords and credit card numbers.
BEWARE!
