I have noticed that when shooting stuff on a white backdrop (back lit
exposed about +2 stops to white it out) that I am getting a fall off of
light on my 1ds files at the bottom of the frames, the top of the frame is
deffinetly brighter / cleaner, although I have not tested other lenses as
yet it is happening with the 100mm macro.

Does anyone know why this could be? Is there a "digital" explanation, or is
it just a case of light fall off from the lens however if this were the case
I would have thought it would be in the corners and not along the bottom
edge which is why I wonder if it is a digital issue.

Many thanks
Stephen
