Hi John The device may not be supported in 10.2.3, know it sounds a bit obvious but I've had that happen with a couple of devices when I've used them in beta releases of OS X. Try the support forums on www.apple.com/uk I've met with success there if there has been something that has had me stumped.
Also try www.dslsource.co.uk - its generally a very useful site and where I've picked up most of my equipment from, they support MAC products and offer a compatability guide etc. Hth Alex >>A colleague has just bought a new G4 laptop with OSX 10.2.3 on it and cannot get it to be seen by out Netgear DG814 DSL Modem Gateway.
