I usually prepare quotes in Appleworks, than make a pdf of them before attaching them to an e-mail. Since adopting OSX I've done this by choosing 'Save As PDF' from the print driver, usually without any problems.
One ad agency however seems unable to open these files (everyone in the production department) and sees them as BinHex files. They've got Windows of course, but I though .pdf was set up to get around this.
Anyone got any idea what the problem might be?
